1. 밥을 볶을때 쓰는건 플라스틱 주걱이 아니라 내열온도가 높은 실리콘이라고 합니다2. 밥양이 적다는 분들이 많은데 엄청배부르다 정돈 아니지만 제가 먹어본결과 그렇게 적진 않았습니다제가 화이트마그마 오므라이스랑 회오리 오므라이스 2개를 시켰는데화이트마그마 오므라이스 다 먹고 회오리 2숟갈 먹으니 배가 불러서 전부 못먹었어요3. 위생에 대해서 말씀하시는분들도 있는데 하나하나 볶으실때마다 후라이팬 다 씻으셨구요옆에 흩어진 밥알같은경우는 요리하다가 흘린거 보이니 아실것 같고이곳은 생활의달인에 나온곳입니다그런 공중파같은경우는 전부 깨끗하게 세팅해놓고 촬영을 하고 재촬영도 하고 하지만제 채널같은경우는 기존에 했던 그대로 조리하는 컨셉입니다(다른곳에서 촬영한다고 기존보다 치즈를 많이 넣은경우가 있으면기존대로 다시 해달라고 합니다-평소 파는거랑 똑같이)유튜브가 공중파와 다른점은 설정샷을 찍지 않는다는점이고사람마다 어떤사람은 그런면이 불편할수도 또는 좋을수도 있습니다그래서 똑같은곳 영상도 제 영상이 더 노골적일 경우가 많습니다4. 가격이 비싸다 라는 댓글도 많이 보이는데이주변이 가격이 싼편은 아니구요수요가 많이 있으니 줄도 서고 공급이 계속 되는거라고 봅니다.제 영상중에 가격이 엄청좋은 곳도 있고 아닌곳도 있습니다소비자에게 선택을 못받는곳은 자연스레 문닫게 됩니다선택을 받고 오래 장사는 하는곳은 이유가 있다고 생각합니다전 맛있었습니다 직접 드셔보세요!5. 광고로 찍어줬냐라는 댓글이 있는데대기업 PPL 혹은 브랜디드도 많이 들어옵니다저는 한번도 돈받고 촬영한적이 없습니다 이집은 이미 줄서는집이고 장사도 어느정도 되는집입니다생활의달인에 출연도 했구요(아마도 이제 촬영을 안하실것 같더라구요)6. 저에게 악플을 다는것은 괜찮지만가게에 도넘는 악플은 멈춰주세요제가 원래는 악플을 다 정리를 했었지만나중에 생각해보니 악플도 의견이라고 생각해서그냥 놔뒀었습니다그런데 도넘은 악플들이 몇개 보이네요저도 상처를 받지만 보는 사장님들은 더많이 상처를 받아요도넘는 악플은 제발 멈춰주시길 부탁드립니다7. 그리고 시간이 지나 계란을 잘라서 계란이 많이 굳은상태였습니다2개 조리하는것을 먼저 찍고 (1개는 음악틀어놓고 찍어서 음악끄고 다시 찍느라 총 3개를 찍었습니다)그 다음에 마지막에 완성작을 찍다보니 그런것 같습니다

학교 5년다니면서 샤로수길에 정말 많은 가게들이 장사가 안돼서 문을 닫는 걸 봐왔는데, 에그썸은 아직도 건재한 걸 보면 대단하네요

This looks delicious and I’m definitely going to make a tornado omelet this morning, BUT, I had a Korean room-mate and his Korean food smelled and tasted awful! Went to a high end Korean restaurant with a Korean friend once in DC area and that was awful as well! There’s a reason why there are multiple Mexican and Chinese restaurants in my town, and NO Korean restaurants. But it looks good!
