I’m a casual, I’d love a rank reset. Hardstucks filling my lobbies is garbage.

I agree with the inflation of ranks even though im hardstuck in diamond i solo que to diamond alot but its where i get stuck because alot of people just push everything with no penaly because they are at the bottom of diamond. You explained it perfectly and gave perfect solutions i just wish they would implement them especially the derank starting when you get to either gold or plat

I agree on the predator aspect. I wouldn’t wanna be consistently getting smashed by you guys. I wish I had the skill level to play like that and compete. Top 1% are trying to be enjoyable too. It probably gets boring smashing random nublets with no competition.

I always thought demotion protection is weird. Never seen this in any other games. I feel it shouldn’t be at any level.

Tbh casual players wouldn’t complain about pros if we weren’t in your lobbies. A 1 k.d player who dropped 5 kills on bronzes get stuck with preds.

The fact that people complain they don’t want ranked changed because they don’t have the time to play is so stupid.

Watching Timmy and sweet go through the ranked made me feel a little better. I peaked D4 solo Qing and I swear every diamond match was the worst apex I played. Not that I’m a pro or anything but the inflation is sick. People just dump hours into the game to be bad at it

Ranked protection just makes buying an account more valuable. Let’s people in silver buy a masters account and mess around in good lobbies.

your argument on having something for the top 1% will only hold ground if that something only shows up in your lobby and not on low rank or casual lobbies. An example here would be when Akali in league dominated in the pro scene, the pros in the top 1% loved akali in pro play because of the 0 input lag between her abilities. In casual akali was a nightmare because either her kit was too overpowered in casuals even though she was balanced in pro play or too weak in casual even though she’s balanced in pro play. An apex equivalent would be a gun or ability that can cause problems to pro players because of the way they play, but then again that would also affect casual players bigger than pro players because they couldn’t counter play it or have no idea how to deal with it. Just like how tap strafe is right now on PC vs Console. Unless that ability or item exist only in pred lobbies then your argument in having it in casual don’t hold up cause of the balancing issues it will be for the casual fan base(which btw is the majority of the player).

That makes a lot more sense now cuz when I was grinding for master, I noticed that teammates play more seriously if they were D3 and above. Most D4 players are just yoloing cuz they got nothing to lose.

this gameplay is like watching an entire different game being played. 20 teams left for the final circle madness!

I love the intensity of this team. All the yelling makes it entertaining to watch.

I was completely with Mac to take highground at train yard.. Then circle came an the team who took high ground got melted by everyone damn near immediatelyHal might sound annoying but he makes good calls every time. He puts them in position to get the most out of every game. I understand why he sounds pissed he Makin calls as the leader and Mac is jus too wild at times. It’s a great dynamic😂

It’s great that they added private lobbies for this. I hope pros can use those for scrims.
