I consider this to be the worst form of animal cruelty ,besides physical abuse towards the animal.. That wasn’t just hungry, he was also afraid of having his food taken away from by a bigger and stronger animal. The first cat I rescued used to bring his food under a chair for a while after we brought him inside.
