I just made the ham and cheese cutlet with rice, and my own omelet, along sith avocado and cucumbers. It was a big hit with my whole family, and my parents said they’ll pay me if I make them lunches from now on. Haha!

When I described the ham and cheese katsu to my husband his face lit up with a big smile! I know what we’re having for lunch one day this week.

I am always “jealous” of the chicken meat you have.In my place, when you get chicken breast/drumsticks/wings, they are always “cleaned” meaning no fat or skin. Which is sad, because fat and skin gives so much flavour and texture.

I have that same pair of scissors. When I got it from Daiso it said it’s a crab shelling scissors… since then I have used it to handle every food kind except crabs. Works like a dream, real sharp and slices beautifully.

I appreciate this “made a mistake? No big deal!” vibe in this video. One of the few cooking channels that don’t really obsess about perfection but just the food, creativity, simplicity, and the obvious experience in the kitchen.Also!! The pumpkin looks yummy! I think I’ll learn to eat and like pumpkins more if I learn to cook them with this crispy looking texture.

Rolled omelette is actually soooo nice. You just put all the fillings in the centre and you really feel like it’s a whole meal. I ended up using less cheese in a rolled omelette than I would in a normal one and yet its tasted so much better, and was healthier too!

家では巻きすのかわりにアルミホイルの上にキッチンペーパーひいて動画と同じよう巻くと形は勿論余分な油も取れます。
