I had a cool idea for a much better, more “permanent” UV tank! Start with a fish tank of the appropriate, useable size. Clean the glass on the outside of the tank thoroughly, removing any and all residue (fingerprint grease, soup, label adhesive, or whatever is present, it’s very important to clean the surface of the glass first). Then, apply a silver mirroring paint (which available in many places that sell spray paint, as well as online) or, if you want to be fancy, a 2-part mirroring kit. You can cut the lid of the tank to accommodate the lights, of make your own from another sheet of glass of clear plastic, with the same mirroring technique used on the rest of the tank. It would be 100% reflective, and so more uniform and effective, and safer to use, as all IV light would be contained.

The most relatable part of this was the struggle to play mario on a color.. Man that game was brutal for the color, almost as bad as playing mario kart on the gameboy advance

I miss the days of playing pokemon gold on the gameboy color, if only nintendo would actually port over their older systems games to the switch that people want.

It wasn’t a good idea to remove the audio head, it is better to soldering the cables out. The head is just set up for this device for the best sound, therefore this screws has a little glue drop.
