First impression is how freaking clean the space and equipment are. I have seen clean commercial kitchens and bakeries before but this is another level. That shows how much they care about their breads. PS, the camera person has done a great job of this too.

I really salute the Japanese. They are super clean. There is no worry at sll in eating their food. Very very hygeinic.

Their workplace is so clean.. and they work really fast.. i mean, look at their hands 😳😳
