I’m curious about why some was poured into a mould and some was cut by hand – isn’t it the same result? I also noticed that the 4th slice from the end was cut last. Is that because of 4 being an unlucky number, or another reason? I’m in Australia and we can get winter melon at Asian grocery stores, so I’ll definitely keep an eye out for the sugar there too next time 🙂

Corta os cubinhos no tamanho gelo ou usa a forminha de aluminio mesmo. Ferve a agua coloca uns cubinhos na panela e depois vai pra geladeira.

Thank You for sharing. These videos just go to show how much work goes into making these desserts. It’s amazing how plants become desserts. For example, it’s amazing how the cacao pod eventually becomes chocolate. This definitely makes me appreciate the food being made even, more. One of my favorite desserts I’ve ever had was taro balls with coconut milk at a Thai Restaurant where I tried Thai Food for the very first time. GOD Bless Y’all!✝️🕊❤️
