以前澎湖炸棗是男生娶老婆才有做炸棗，現在隨時都能吃到，好多年沒吃過，但是這種炸棗跟澎湖的不一樣

我就只喜歡花生餡口味，而且是料很多的那種，夠香甜。尤其是澎湖阿枝姨做的。

這個台灣很常見，和炸甜甜圈一起賣，炸物淺嚐。

其實西點蛋糕丙級檢定在課程及考證照當中，在做戚風蛋糕（蛋糕體的部分）的時候也是以手直接拿著塑膠刮板下去做攪拌，這麼一大盆如果要拿長柄刮刀下去拌均勻基本上很難，而且因為是打發蛋白所以速度要快不然蛋白消泡蛋糕考出來後就不會膨脹了。在做任何以手直接接觸食材的行為之前，操作人員一定都會進行手部的清潔的呦，所以衛生上應該是不會有太大的問題的，其餘的話就是看製作過程中有沒有配戴口罩跟帽子防止飛沫及頭髮掉入而已哦😉啊如果都沒有做到的話那就是店家自己的問題了XDDD

看起來不錯下面有些人在那邊挑手進去攪拌麵糊很多這種做蛋糕的影片拍到其實也都是這樣做的這間已經算乾淨了

如果有手毛就戴手套，不然就算洗很乾淨毛還是有可能掉進去阿What’s so hard about wearing gloves?

看到那麽多外國人驚訝的回覆就可以知道，不戴手套製作根本就不是應該正確的正統做法，但台灣大家看習慣了，就認為這很正常，完全無法苟同

Use long gloves & a big spatula please. You can cause cross contamination, food poison, get hairs in the batter & or dead skin. Not to mention germs from sores. The cake is pretty & probably tastes good but I wouldn’t taste. Oh the cream & strawberries omg looks so delicious. What kind of cream please?
