As someone who has lived in China for 4 years, I find it incredible that you’re able to not only nail the cooking itself but also the way of accurately eating the dumplings by making a hole and sucking out the soup. I’ve seen almost all of your videos and it’s astonishing how well you understand different countries’ culture and habits surrounding food. You’re the person I admire the most on YouTube.

As an Taiwanese I had never seen someone done the recipe as accurate as you did, extremely well done!!! We surely transform the soup into a gelatin form（the ingredients in the bone will relase after a long period of braising） to make sure we can put it inside the dumpling properly.
