個人的な好みはあると思いますが、雰囲気その他を除いて、ラーメン単体だけでも、味、量、見た目、すべてが最高です。都内に出張した時には、必ず食べに行きます。

Wah, so generous Ramen stall uncle, 5 pieces of cha shu and an egg in a bowl of ramen. Most of the time the ramen I ate from japanese restaurant only give 1 to 2 piece of cha shu. The most generous one I have gotten are 3 pieces of char shu.

こんなにたこ焼きを優しく扱う人を初めて見た。

母方の祖母も、ちょっときちゃないキッチンでニコニコしながら「待っててや！」言うて料理作ってたなぁ。こういう愛嬌ある自己肯定感を持った年寄りになりたい。
