一昨日 バレンタインのために約40人分のガナッシュを作ったんです丸める作業、袋詰めなどが大変すぎてお父さんまで駆り出され家族総出で作ってました、今ではいい思い出です。

めっちゃ美味そう！あと新しいディスプレイ食器いいね〜！てかゆで卵割りって、あんな綺麗に割れるのか……びっくり。

自分で作ったものでこんなにハイクオリティのに作れるのすごいなぁ！！いつも変わらず丁寧で見やすい！

I tried this chocolate tart recipe bc I fell in love with the texture and how clean it looks and I can definitely say it’s good! But the thing is it’s so hard to perfect the dough esp if you’re a beginner like me. My dough just keeps breaking but I’m just going to practice more till I perfect it like his 😅
