Okay, I was tapping out early on this crazy looking puzzle! But when you put everything back in the bottle to reverse it, I almost ran out of the room! You’re a true Wizard my friend, really cool you’re doing these puzzles! I subscribed 😀

I figured out a slightly easier way about a minute into it … cut the part of the wooden rod that sticks out of the bottle (when pulled out fully) and the let it drop back into the bottle. It ought to give you enough space at the neck’s bottle to sneak out the paper! :DUPDATE: Heck, at that point, might as well break the bottle! XDOK, OK, unscrewing the bolt in an agonizingly slow way is the “right” way to do it …

it really looks impossible … until you see a genius do it. Then it just seems clever. I guess most of life’s challenges are like that.

Maybe a magnet can help placing the bolt back in the hole. A strong one will also magnetize the bolt so that the nut sticks to it as well.

I bought the version that has the wooden ball inside along with the stick, the nut and the bolt and in the end of the stick it has a large bent cotter pin. I successfully removed all the components from the bottle and put them back in and reassembled them. Took quite some time it took a lot of thinking and I’ve offered it to all of my friends for them to try. I won’t be doing it again, it’s too tedious and there’s nothing to prove. I have no takers at this point. It definitely is doable.I came back to edit my comments, and that would be “gravity” is your friend.

Looks impossible, it really does. Except for smashing the bottle LOL. Cool and ingenious. Looks like putting it back together is tougher.

I would like the specifications/measurements of this puzzle so that I can make one myself.

Just as a matter of thought: Wouldn‘t the nut go of easier, if one would vibrate the stick. And: To get the bolt back in the hole in the stick, wouldn‘t a magnet help to position the bolt and keep it upright in the bottle.I have no idea (yet) how to fasten the nut easier, but I think that the inventor of the puzzle must have had a better way (like some thin wire or so).Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭

This is hands down the best tutorial for solving the cube as it covers how to deal with multiple options for when you have to make adjustments based on X and Y placements. Very clear and explained

Thanks for the tutorial. However would like to inform you that this part was the most critical and you missed few important steps and hope that you will cover them too. The yellow does not always appear at bottom right. Sometimes it is also on bottom left corner OR half of them are in bottom left and other half on bottom right corner. In such cases using the algo you mentioned does not work. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

1X1X1 , 2X2X2 , 3X3X3. After this Its impossible. But I can solve Mirror Cube. Its a little bit easy but Not soo easy. It will take me 1 hour at least.

The 2nd one is a lot easier if instead you turn the middle sides twice.For example: M2 E2 S2 as opposed toL2 R2 U2 D2 F2 B2

My favorite one is (U R L F’ B U D F2 B2 L U’ R2 L2 F2 B2 D’ B2 D2 B2 U2), you have to choose the colors of a corner piece, (my fav one is blue yellow and red) and put this edge piece on the upper left corner of the front side, then execute the command, to undo-it put the chosen edge piece on the bottom left corner of the back side and execute the command again 😀

Hey, guys today I discover a new pattern. It can be performed with a 4 by 4 cube. In this pattern, we can make three different patterns together which are the same on their opposite sides. These 3 patterns are – 1. The first pattern that cubastic made on two will be the same on opposite sides. 2. A plus on two opposite sides. 3. Completely solved faces that are opposite to each other. Believe me, it’s very simple and amazing. I am finding the correct algorithm and I will post it soon.👍Show less

For the checker pattern u can do M2 the E2 which is much easier

Hey guys I had found the algorithm. It is also applicable for 3 by 3 cube.Let the middle layer in 3 by 3 cube be M and clockwise M will be M and anti clockwise M will be M’.Note that the cube should be fully solved.The algorithm is – {M2( Middle layer two times clockwise),U2, M2′(turn middle layer two times anticlockwise),D2}Now, position your cube such that the fully solved face is in your front and back, plus in your left and right and the 3 straight lines on your top and bottom.Now, repeat the same algorithm in the curly bracket. After that position your cube such that the 3 straight lines are on your top, Letter I on your front and then use M2′ to make the plus.Your pattern is ready and you can back to your solved phase by reversing it .
