Wow, I really like her voice. I don’t speak the language so I don’t know what she’s singing, but who cares; she has a pretty voice. Mina’s guitar and piano skills are not great, but I applaud her for being as good as she is, considering she’s a bass player. Let me put it this way, there are not many bass players in her league that can play the guitar and keyboards as well (Paul McCartney, yes; John Paul Jones, yes. . .maybe Juna Serita. . .not a ton of others). And her bass guitar skills are nothing short of world-class; Mina is a phenomenal bass guitarist. Her style is literally ‘her style’ – she owns it. It’s a slap technique that is insanely quick and yet, still manages to maintain true low-ends. Mina is just over five feet tall with small hands; but she uses her lightning speed arms to compensate. And she does it so effortlessly that it is likely difficult for non-bass players to realize just how incredibly complicated her playing technique is. I am a bass player, but no-where close this girl’s level and know I never will be. I love YouTube for allowing me to watch and listen to the likes of Mina, Juna Sertita, MinJin, Kannada Sate, Senri Kawaguchi, Ayu Gusfanz, and countless other young talents from the other side of the planet.

So. much. talent!You are incredibly, Mina. Keep up the amazing work! 🙂

I have a couple video suggestions: Your Bass… would love to know the story of how your Bass instrument came into your life, it’s story, and why you chose this particular bass. (like excalibur to King Arthur, so is your bass (it’s name) to Mina)Second Suggestion: You like to wear these giant sweaters, where is the “Ugly Christmas Sweater” edition? Here in America “Ugly Christmas Sweaters” have become a tradition. Third Suggestion: What about playing a song as Ghost Girl Mina? I think it would draw a lot of attention and you could play a spooky bass line. (ghostbusters?)Happy New Year, I found your page by watching Dave405, Peace.

I don’t speak Japanese but I understand the finger stretching. I’ve been playing guitar for decades but finger stretching never occurred to me. I’m going to stretch my fingers like you do so guitar chords and runs will be easier to achieve. Love your videos. 🤍✨
