What are you talking about bro , it looks perfect no problem with painting it makes it even more realistic, those non perfect painting spots looks like the rings on the atmosphere of the sun caused by the electromagnetic field. Loved it ❤️

the molten red glass paint looks like a sunstorm, so u dont have to make another one because in my opinion it looks a way more realistic. Fantastic work buddi 🙂

I think that the curing resin over heating the glass paint could be viewed as a happy accident – the bleed through looks entirely natural and gives a fantastic heat haze effect – a totally amazing work of art. You should be very proud of it x

I’d love to see the resulting video if you decide to do this again! It would be wonderful to eliminate that centre line from the spherical mould, & it would be awesome to see many, MANY more explosions! Maybe even intersecting ones! I’ve no idea if that would work but it sounds cool. Oooh, perhaps another version could be based off some of NASAs alternate views of the sun at different wavelengths? I hope you’re proud of this project. You absolutely deserve to be. It’s gorgeous!

Such an awesome piece of art! Maybe the solution to the melting sun bursts is to dye the resin itself red and pour it thicker before cutting them out? That sun turned out perfectly tho, so if I were you I’d be ecstatic with your results!

A great idea, the resin looks good, could use some sanding and polishing to clean the corners, its just a shame to see something so nice placed on a shoddily made crap pine base. An extra 30 minutes on the base would have made a world of difference.

In some of the projects, you mentioned some fails in the description. I would be interested to know more about the regular problems you encounter, and how you take advantage of them for the next pieces. Also, is it more likely complete fails that require starting over the piece or do you frequently encounter small fails that slow you down ? Keep up the good work, that’s brilliant
