I think most of the pizza chains in America don’t even have the small anymore. Or at least I think they discourage people from buying it, because they only ever have sale prices on large and medium pizzas. Pizza is super cheap in America. WITH the cost of having it delivered, you can get a 14″ (35.5 cm) pizza for like $13.

Now I’m absolutely convinced she’s a Yank. The fact that she doesn’t consider this large actually sets her and her country apart from the rest of us as that being considered large seems normal to me in Australia.
