Khmer Traditional Music (Cambodian Folk Traditional Instruments) Angkor, Siem Reap, Cambodia
(c) Nomadic Samuel – Travel Channel This is a travel video of Khmer traditional music being played outside the Temples of Angkor, Cambodia. This kind of Cambodian …
This really brought tears to my eyes. Oh my god! ;'( even though they are disabled, they must work to support themselves…i’m really proud of them all :'( this music always makes me cry oh god
very sweet music. I like Khmer music so much.
truly nice traditional music, it should be preserved it as continued. rgs
Amazing 🥺😥
Americans: so you’re in a band, what instrument do you play?Cambodian: I play the leaf
wow this is amazing
Super Music …Magical,,,!! Thank you
I come to Ta Prohm Temple and I heared this song I like that
This is the best stairway to heaven cover I ever heard
It is amazing
For module😫👍🏻Btw, it’s awesomeeee!♡
Its so good
@2:07 of the video. In the right but front. What is the name of that instrument 🎻?
To my Ears This really Sounds random and off key. I went to Cambodia some years back and I was so confused about the music. It sounds like everyone is slightly off-beat and the instruments ar riff key and everyone is relentlessly beating them… I guess my western ears just can’t understand the beauty of it. Even though I want to like it…
truly nice music. rgs
Đa số người Cambodia họ còn khó khăn và vất vả lắm
At Bontreay srey, Siem Reap
so i listen at last-frank stola

Trying Finnish Food Taste Test Challenge: (Finnish Salmiakki, Finnish Chocolate and Finnish Snacks)
(c) Nomadic Samuel – Travel Channel In our latest food and travel video from Finland we taste test as many Finnish types of food and cuisine as we possibly can.
I’m mad in love with that chili chocolate 😍 I’m from Finland as well and I’m so excited to watch all these ‘trying finnish candy/food’ videos! So happy that you like most of our candy 🙂 you are more than welcome to come here again! I like these videos!
Greetings from Finland!!! I needed something tender to my day (I am pretty hungover) and watching Canadians speak their accent while they eat candy is like the best thing ever right now 😀 thank you for sharing
Glad that you loved the salmiakki ice cream. It’s one of my favorites as well. Last summer there was a time, for a couple of weeks or so, I bought one almost every day. It’s awesome to find a salmiakki lover outside Finland. It is heart-warming to see you bought almost every salmiakki product you could find, and enjoyed every one of them.
It’s awesome to see people outside Finland enjoy salmiakki! For most of the people salmiakki is too strong, but we Finns and Canadians are harsh enough to handle it 😉 keep up the great work!
Another Finn here casually browsing videos about Finland. I must say when it comes to these kinds of taste tests, you guys do seem to have more knowledge about what you are eating, and that is really nice to see! I have always thought Finland and Canada are very similar in many ways, similar taste, hockey of course, bears and beer, part of the landscape… I think Canada would be worth a visit one day!
Awesome video, guys! Love to see a salmiakki lover from elsewhere. The liquorice all sorts you tasted – we call it english liquorice around here. It’s generally the liquorice I prefer over anything else, except when it comes to the hard salmiakki. However, I hate the the salmiakki tubes (the ones with that sugar coating), I always leave those for others to eat xD
15:25 it has a funny name in the box, “liqorice tubes”, usually its called “noitapilli”, which translates to “witch’s whistle”.And Audrey would love Fazerina bar, also from, well, make a wild guess. Its like Geisha but with orange truffel filling. Also has a crme brle flavour option.
Next time you guys come to Finland try Haganol or “apteekin salmiakki” (pharmacy’s salmiakki) as it’s usually called! They are a really strongly flavoured, kite-shaped salmiakki but they have a taste to them that’s a bit different than that of halva’s or fazer’s salmiakkis. They come in little red boxes and can be bought at pharmacies.
Oh god, I LOVE salmiakki, especially the icecreme and chocolate! Can never get enough of it 😀 The booze is very good also, I remember drinking that stuff in the sauna when I was in Helsinki 🙂 Gotta love those finns 😀
Oh, and you should try the salmiakki you found in the pharmacy. It’s so great! I think it was mentioned here before, but I thought I’d give my reccomendations too. 🙂
Nice to know that you two like Finnish candys! I live in Finland, and yeah, I really have to say, i like finnish candys too😃
Thanks for sharing! Great video. I really like all about Finland and I like licorice. I’ve never tasted Salmiakki though..I think I’ll have Audreys reaction. I had food poisoning recently and still recovering now, siting on a diet, can’t eat sweets. At least I can watch others enjoy candies and chocolates. Thanks)
I’m from Finland and I’ve seen many videos of people from different countries tasting salmiakki and liquorice. I’ts funny how so many of them don’t like it 😀 🙂 I like watching your videos!
It seems weird to watch this, those are so normal stuff for me and my kids. I have always wondered what’s the big deal about salmiakki? never heard of sour candy? 🙂 thanks for the video, really fun to watch. And happy new year 2015!
I love watching foreigners tasting our traditional food & candy. Did you ever tasted Karelian stew & karelian pie with eggbutter on top of it? It is really really great!
Before back in school we made salmiakki (ammonium chloride) in our chemistry class, a bit of white powder and we tasted the great pure flavor of salmiakki with our fingertips. There is still so many salmiakki candies here in Finland you guys should taste. I would like to point out that the salty taste of salmiakki is different from the one in table salt (sodium chloride).
You should definitely try “Hopea Toffee” here in Finland (if you haven’t already). It is a mixture of toffee and salmiakki.
Great video! I study in Finland, at the beginning I do not like even hate Salmiakki, however, with the time goes, I do really fall in love with it! in my opinion, that SISU Salmiakki gum is the best one. Believe it pr not, I eat them everyday 🙂
I love this video! Im happy that you have enjoyed finnish candy 🙂 and no one likes salmiakki outside finland so im surprised to hear you Sam like it!:D im going to subscribe your channel right away. 🙂 thanks for the funny video!:D
You should definitely try marianne, miss x, turkinpippuri and sisu! I mean I’m from finland and I personally love them all so so so much! 🙂 Btw you know that Jenkki means an american person in finnish?
Things to do in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia | Top Attractions Travel Guide
(c) Nomadic Samuel – Travel Channel This is a Kuala Lumpur travel video showcasing our favorite things to do along with what we consider to be the top attractions in …
I know what you mean. When I lived in Seoul I rode the subway everyday and it just felt like a very regular part of my routine. When I’m in a new city the experience is definitely more stimulating.
Thanks! That’s really useful to know. KL is such a massive city in terms of size and overall area.
Thanks for the great recommendations! There is so much to see and do in and around KL.
It’s a great country to visit 🙂
Hey NomadicSamuel, if u two are gonna visit Malaysia next time I’ll suggest you two to Penang, Malacca, Sarawak, Sri Lanka and Sabah. Historical moments and things u can be able to find in Penang and Malacca. While in Sri Lanka, Sabah and Sarawak are places you wanna explore for traditional things people used to do there and the sea in Sri Lanka is beautiful too. Hope u two enjoy your next trip..
Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Having done a lot of travel in SE Asia it’s the same in every country with that regard. It’s especially frustrating with transportation.
you guys made really good video! i love it. u should come to thailand like krabi, satun, surat thani, pannga, chiangmai and bangkok 🙂
Thank you guys. My wife and I will be traveling to Kuala Lumpur next week. Your vlog was an eye opener. I wasa little nervous about traveling there but your video put me quite a bit at ease. Thank you. God bless you!
Thank you! I agree with you – it should be a great time to visit Malaysia 🙂
Hey there, great video. Am planning a 4 day trip to KL in Oct – meeting my folks (6 adults and one 2yo) there for a break. How long were you there? I don’t want to book a tour so was planning to use the Hop on/off bus to do the local attractions and public transport for Batu caves and hopefully something more accessible. Do you think that’s feasible? Any recommendations? ps: Any ideas about Brisdale Hotel? Thanks from NZ:)
Thanks for your video 🙂 I love Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur is a great city to stay 🙂
KL: a spectacular city ! Wow !!
Malaysia is a bit more expensive than other SE Asian countries (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc) but is relatively cheap compared to Canada/US/Europe/Japan/Korea. Depending on your travel tastes, you could travel from anywhere from $30 a day (ultra cheap) to $70 (a few more comforts) per day.
Thank you! We loved traveling in Malaysia 🙂
If you go to the suburbs up up to wangsa maju youd get a great view of the skyline and you can always turn back , KL is like a bowl, the suburbs are at the lip of the bowl, hence the view from the suburb is always great
We really want to visit Sabah soon 🙂
Thanks Conny! The Petronas Towers are amazing 🙂
I love Kl, came in Jun – Jul 2013 , will come back againLove the shopping malls especially sungei wang plaza, low yat, berjaya times square, pavillion and more.
Thanks for your vote on Petronas Towers over Taipei 101! And of course – great video!
Hi !Thanks for that video ! I watched it with my husband as we’d like to go there soon. We learned a lot 🙂 I have a few question though: how did you select your hotel ? (Should we book a guest house instead ?) and the MOST important : Is there spiders there, I mean, big disgusting 8 feet and eyes creatures coming for you in the night ? (I’m arachnophobe… An overreactive one.)Thank you !

30 Things to do in Thailand Travel Guide, Top Attractions & Thai Street Food
(c) Nomadic Samuel – Travel Channel During our time backpacking and traveling around Asia we spent more time in Thailand than any other country in SE Asia and for …
I spent 6 days working with elephants at the Thai Elephant Conservation Center south of Lampang (different form the one in this video). It was an incredible experience. Next time you visit Thailand, try volunteering for an extended period of time at one of the centers. I really recommend the Thai Elephant Conservation Center. Good amenities in the lodge area and lots of fun people. You bathe the elephants in the morning and afternoon, take a jungle excursion trip for one night, and learn local songs and rituals related to elephants. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life!
I lived in Korat Thailand for a year and a half in the early 70’s. I am surprised of all the vegetarian dishes you had, I didn’t see you eat Som Tum. It is a very spicy papaya salad, and so good.
We are currently in Chiang Mai from Canada. We based our itinerary on your videos in Thailand! None of your suggestions have disappointed! We went to peppermint cafe today and I told them you recommended the location and remembered both of you right away. Even said we sat at your table near the wall near their bar lol. Tomorrow is the elephant sanctuary. Just wanted to let you know your videos are amazing and anyone watching them for your future trip: listen to everything they say they’re spot on!!
Planning to watch this whole video tomorrow on my day off and I’m excited! So glad I stumbled upon your channel right now and I’m surprised you don’t have as much subscribers.. You guys are awesome! Definitely keep it up 🙂
Hey luv the programmes. Going on a 12 month trip round Asia in Nov. Been having some difficulties choosing which islands to travel. Do you guys have any advice where i should go?
Wow, what scenery, it’s really marvelous place for visit, I will visit there in future.
Amazing to see how you both enjoyed eating, got all your tips, I love yours videos, I’m going there in one week!!
Im having a one week vacation in thailand. Thanks for your video. Cant wait to see the beautiful places in Thailand with my special someone. <3
helpful tips and I’m stuffed by just watching all the foodie experiences! Looking forward to that… I’m heading out to Bangkok in a coupe days- thanks!
Great vid, very informative, I am making plans to visit soon and this vid was really helpful. ( some feedback- the music in the background was really hard to get through though)
When i saw this video in my sub box i was soo excited and it was such great timing as i will be going there in 3 months time! Thanks for posting i appreciate it! 🙂
when you are singing in the train is the best part!! Thais love funny things and sense of humor! Bring a lot of them.
You guys are great. Best wishes on your marriage. Thanks for the excellent videos.
Amazing video…I miss Thailand. Thanks 🙂
just a tip about border runs, myanmar/burma (ranong) crossning is closed, back then you could go immigration and buy a week for 1800 baht without leaving country now you can buy a mth there for same price, you get 30 days on face when enter and can buy a mth there so two mths (60 days) without visa or border run is possible 🙂
I think the title should be changed to “30 things to do in Chiang Mai”! Very nice video though :).
when you were in Pai you said the nights were very cool,do you remember what month that was? I’m going in Nov. and hadn’t even thought about packing warm sleepware.
Amazing videos!!
lovely couple in Thailand .like you vid ,feel fantastic, enjoy the moment of your trip.
