A lot of people get mad when they see someone with a pet that should be a wild animal, but let’s face it. There’s a lot of benefit to sleeping in a warm bed with nice linens, protected by a human being. I’ve seen pigs and dogs sleeping in beautiful beds with linens that look just as comfortable as this otter. They don’t seem to mind much. In fact, they look like they’re in heaven. Animals in the wild have a hard life – preyed on by larger animals, beaten down by bad weather, droughts, lack of food and water, the list goes on. Trying to find fresh water and food everyday in the wild sucks. Never mind wild fires, tornados, hurricanes, floods, mosquitos, fleas, and ticks they can’t remove and get sucked on and it hurts. What’s so great about being homeless for us? It’s the same for them. So, if this guy wants to spoil an otter, who cares? I wish all animals could live this well.
