I love how she first inspected the bird house, pecking the walls and making sure everything was sturdy haha.

“did you take the house?”Birb: *”yes”*”what did it cost you?”_”… my privacy”_

28M views, without saying anything… She’s got a talent…

Ha there are two of them. They both built the nest. We just couldn’t tell cos they look similar.

I’m just thinking about the teddy bear that apparently had to sacrifice their entire stuffing for her living room

“Let’s do a peck check to see if the walls are sturdy.”

That’s why you should always check for hidden cameras

The best is when he decides that these branches aren’t good enough. So he takes them out and starts over! Lol

Simplesmente incrvel!!! Sou apaixonado por natureza.

I’m never going to call anyone bird-brained after watching this. Birds clearly have sufficient brains and take a lot of time and effort to make their nests perfect. Wish I could make my bed and keep my room so nice.

How did you manage to stay inside the nest for 46 days recording all this drama

Como isso surgiu do nada? Big bang ? Foi Deus quem criou e deu esses estintos, conhecimentos…. Glria a Deus

*peck peck peck“Okay… sturdy. Looks good.”*twirl twirl twirl“Okay.. enough space. I’ll take it!”

She couldn’t believe her luck that such a perfect place to nest hadn’t been taken, adorable.

“In less than 8 minutes” ….Bird proceeds to take a week to bring two pieces of moss in

im happy that the sound is natural and is not ruined by some overly dramatic background music

Imagine a storm being outside and they chill in this comfy little house

The first time that the bird enters into the place he looks like an engineer checking the measurements of the place, it’s wonderful.

So I’m guessin that was her husband who came in at the end, looked around and said,” Honey I love what you’ve done with the place”.. Gave her a bite to eat, then he was off again. He must be a truck driver cause he’s never home… 😂😂😂

First Egg Hatching to Chicks Fledging – 21 days in 21 mins – BlueTit nest box camera highlights 2021

This video is part 2. Part one of the nest building can be found here – https://youtu.be/7EPJEg6R3SM

Mom: return homeChicks :O :O :O :O :O

the one that ate the huge ass caterpillar never came back up. 🙁

Dad: Tries to feed them a catepillarMom: Wtf Harold🤦‍♂️

Aw. She waited so long, looking at her little egg shell everyday. She’s doing a great job of helping Baby Blue out of the shell.

Вот это мужчина! Этот кадр когда он её лапой оттолкнул, и наверное сказал: ну ка отойди я покормлю…😂🤣🥂

THE DAD TRYING TO FEED A WHOLE ASS CATERPILLAR TO THEM LMAO

Poor little mama hiding in fear when the big bad monster crow tried to get in. It was like a dinosaur.

Now that’s a very involved father.

Lol the mom is like damn it, David, you cant just feed the children an entire Caterpillar. The dad is just trying his best. Very sweet.

07:41 has got to be my favorite moment. Dad just kicks mom out of bed to feed the kids! 🤣 Gotta love it!

It’s sad that out of the 5 or 6 chicks, only 2 left the nest. The others died or were eaten/killed by other birds.

There is no argument between this couple about task sharing. Why we human being are so complex

That crow intruding was scary, I’m surprised that they didn’t upgrade to get the nest doorbell :p

I love the absolute chaos and destruction they cause in the once-calm nest when they are learning to flap their wings. Typical teenagers.

The Crow trying to get in …… Mum just ducks and hopes for the best.

Is it just me or are baby birds simultaneously the cutest and ugliest things ever? Lol

Apparently the little chicks are very sensitive to sound, so that when their ears hear mom or dad coming, they immediately open their mouths in anticipation of food! Poor little chicks even did this repeatedly even when the big ol’ crow tried to break in!

I love how the dad feeds the mom like: it is good that you take care of the children but you must eat properly 🥺🥺

Dad: Here kids eat this massive caterpillar that’s almost as big as you. Try not to choke on it.It’s really cool seeing the bird parents work together so well. She was so excited to show dad the first chicks. It’s amazing how the chicks know to turn around and poop so the parents can keep the nest clean.

15th May 2021 – Magpie attack thwarted! – Blue tit nest box live camera highlights

15th May 2021 - Magpie attack thwarted! - Blue tit nest box live camera highlights (c) Live Nest Box Camera 2021 - Loughborough, UK

(c) Live Nest Box Camera 2021 – Loughborough, UK We started the day with five chicks and at the time of writing we ended the day with five chicks so that’s somewhat of a relief. The day was not without drama …

The baby birds look like that magnet fishing game were the fish mouths open up n u catch them with the pole.

Magpie: “We’ve been trying to contact you about your car’s extended warranty”

Babies thought the scratching was dad at the door, and mom squashed everyone down: Get down, DOWN KEVIN that’s the devil at the door!

The dad kicking the mom off the babies so he could feed them.

Absolutely fabulous, reinforces the need for an exact hole size

Mom was terrified when that huge beak came through the hole.

6:41

That beak. Was like something out of the shining… here’s Johnny

when the Magpie’s claws and beak came in.it was like something from an alien film.

The Dad looks so stressed and like he hasn’t showered in a couple days.

*magpie comes crashing in* Baby birds: daddy? Magpie: do I look like-

Well I guess there’s a reason for having small entry holes to a bird house.

That beak poking in though. Imagine how terrifying that must be, like you’re sitting at home with your kids and suddenly a T.rex or something pokes its head in through the front door, trying to squeeze in.

The mamma was so scared. Poor thing.

She buried her head so deep in the nest to avoid the claw, I’m just glad dad survived

Love how the dad takes his foot and pushes mom off babies to feed them. Lol

6:57 it looks like something from Jurassic movie where a dinosaur try to enter a safe place and all the main characters are frightened and telling each other to keep quite, but a baby suddenly starts to cries and which attracts that monster more toward them.

The previous video shows the outside entrance hole has a metal casing. You certainly knew what you were doing when you built it!

They wake up immediately to eat, its kinda funny how they settle back down

That is sad how the mom gets so scared when she sees the intruder- you can see it in her eyes! Tries to hide and keep her babies quiet…

21st May 2021 - We lost a chick / another uninvited guest - Blue tit nest box live camera highlights (c) Live Nest Box Camera 2021 - Loughborough, UK

(c) Live Nest Box Camera 2021 – Loughborough, UK What a bad day. No-one is entirely sure how many chicks are still in the box. There was five at the end of play on the 20th and now there’s three or possibly four.

Watching Mom lay on top of those babies and press them down in the nest while the Predator was at the door was amazing.

Look, the guy warned you, there’s no need to give him dislikes. Seriously, he gave some birds a home for gods sake. Plus, this is nature, it happens. If you’re that upset about, then stop living in ignorance and help more birds out yourselves then

it’s always the chick with the longest neck that’s being fed, a bit annoying but also just nature in action i guess

It died because of the hard-bodied centipede provided by the father at 6:32, you can see it trying to get it down, then disappearing for a while after that. The mother even sits there with a worm for ever as the other chick attempts dozens of times to eat it, its about 8:48 when the mom really kind of gets frustrated trying to force feed the one choking on the centipede without knowing whats going on. About 1-2 hours later you can see it lifting its head up struggling. Either the centipede caused internal damage and was chewing on its internal organs, or it just kept writhing alive inside the baby causing it to suffocate, either way that is a terrible and sad death 🙁 The centipede was not dead and can stay alive as long as any of the holes along the side of their body have access to air. The fragile tissues of a chicks GI tract could handle a dead one possibly but not like that…

When you’re an infant and your Dad buys you a 32oz steak.

I’m glad you made the hole small enough to keep out the crows.

Straight out of a horror movie. In the dark, parent bird trying to shrink itself into the floor of the nest to pretend nobody is home while the obvlivious baby makes a racket.

Baby being Removed.Sad Mum makes a noise at door.Chicks: “FOOD” ????

Mom’s like “Stfu kids, there’s a freakin” Pterodactyl outside!”

It all started w 1 vid of a empty nest and now I’m 8 vids in seeing all type of shi happening 😭💔

Poor momma she even gave it a shake to make sure.

Man, trying to have a funeral at the end and the other two chicks are like “mom I’m hungry!!!!!!!”

Was anyone else waiting to see how the big bird was going to remove a chick from the nest?

the momma bird is so caring shaking it to make sure, mean while the siblings are like “FEED ME BITCH!”

Из четырёх, только два птенца выжило, ну очень мало, учитывая безопасность гнездовья! (((

She’s like, “wait… that’s not my husband! My husband’s not fat to not fit in our house!!! Cover my children!!!”

6:57 this is where the part that bird in the last part died. After feeding him quite a big portion, you’ll get to see how the baby bird choked on it frigidly and then lay down. A few seconds later, Momma bird came and you’ll notice that only the other two asked for food. The other one is gone.

2:22 with all that stress, she just eats the worm herself!

Crow:I’ma eat your babies!Mommy bird:God Bless the hooman who made this house

*Please don’t watch last part if you think it might upset you*Me: Can’t be that bad. *watches*Me again: 😭

Mom was like “Those ungrateful kids didn’t even say goodbye.”

Thrilling

Ik they aren‘t gone but I can‘t stop feeling bad for momma bird, like, she found food for them and then she checked again and again but there were no babys 🙁

Panic attack! When momma comes home with dinner, and the kids are gone!

“Oh, god, I’ve lost them. She’s going to be sooooo pissed.”

Mama raised them well and they flew the nest. Mama left with empty nest syndrome. The cycle of life continues. Nature’s amazing.

This is brilliant we have a nest box with camera but it’s not quite as clear as this . We have babies every year to it , we had 9 eggs this year and just 3 survived . You almost feel a little sad then they fledge the nest having watched them for so long . Brilliant footage thanks for sharing

When you should go back to study but cant stop watching this, because nature is the best teacher.

The parent bird after leaving the nest is heartbreaking.

Thank you so very much for all your hard work. Editing 16hrs of footage/day is a HUGE task! So appreciate the tremendous efforts you went to to show the process from empty box to fledging. I only just found your channel today when The YouTubes recommended your empty box to first egg video, and I’ve been binging. It’s been absolutely fascinating! I learned so much. I had no idea parents still fed fledglings after they’d left the nest! I had no idea parents removed the poop, or that the baby birds would stick their butts up and be like, “here it is, take it”. =D I had no idea parents removed tiny dead birds from the next. Or that the Mum would eat the shell. Thank you very much for all your efforts, and for sticking with it throughout the ups, downs, heartaches, and mean commenters.

How fast are its wings going when its testing them out? Thats crazy

I can relate to the sadness of happily bringing home dinner and the kids have other plans. 🙁

16:40 it’s like reopening the fridge hoping you find food

I’ll miss those little birds. Thanks for streaming.

Mom looked so confused like I swear they were right there!

The mother was so distraught hopefully she found them quickly

16:07 first bugger leaves16:20 second bugger flies off.

I’m confused on what’s happening but now I want a birds house

Thank you for all your hard work! I learned a lot in the last couple of weeks. Have a great summer! 🙂👍

I never knew birds were potty trained! Everytime the babies make a poo they signal to the parents and they grab the excrement right out of the tushy

I’ve spent the last 2 days watching every video that involves this sweet little bird family, my heart absolutely broke when the one baby passed, but seeing the other two become strong enough to leave the nest was amazing. Thanks for sharing these, it was beautiful to see their day to day life❤️

when birds fledge they do not instantly become independent … the parents continue to feed them and teach them what/where to eat etc. So it’s not “goodbye” for several weeks!

From 8 to 2. Bad luck or better competition. These two have a hard road ahead. Nature is absolutely brutal. Hope they can survive and make their own nests one day.

They don’t even say goodbye to their parents. So sad to see your kids moving out already. 😢

Aww one last sit in the nest at 1:46 before flying out into the big wide world. Adorable videos, thanks for posting!

And here we have a fledging grow into full size adult but still ask his parents for rent money because it’s a tough job market right now

Their mom was like: “April, May, daughters, 3 weeks that we raised you were so looong and troublesome for me and your dad. Don’t do drugs, talk to cats, this nest was your whole world, but now you must look for food on your own. Don’t come back. BYE!”And they were like: “No problemo, we’ll figure everything out”

well done cuties , i hope they survive their first challenging days out there , thank you for caring on them 🙏😊

Birds are a joy of this world! They are saving me from despair!💖🐦

I would definitely be that last one, going back in the cup for a quick and final thank you/goodbye to take it all in one last time before heading off for good. Of course that’s very likely not the case, but it was still relatable lol.

🥳 Thanks for showing the whole nesting and of course this day.

As much as I am saddened by the majority of the babies that died, it put a smile on my face to see two of them flying 🐣🐦🕊

Loved the clap at the end when the second chick flew out. Well done to all involved it was a rollercoaster ride of a watch

Birds chirping sounds like paradise

I watched the original yesterday (nest building and egg laying) and YT suggests this one today. Did I maybe miss Part II-“The Hatching”?

It was such a plot twist when that second one appeared!!!!!!! 😮

Welcome out in the big world little babies 🙂

Wonderful! Happy flying, little ones!

Naw, they were fledging on my birthday. 😄 Wish I could see this back then.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
