Sensei, a word of advice when working with jelly and ganache: you must make a thin layer of the jelly as cold as you can and let that set first. After that you should fill up the rest of the tart! I saw this advice in the chanel of how to cook that, I hope it helps for next time!

I make Sakura jelly every spring here in the US and all my friends love it. They think it’s a weird idea, but love the taste and color. I use plum vinegar as the acid, so it’s a little salty, too. Beautiful idea and execution!

[Material] (Aproximadamente 50-60 piezas)Harina de repostería: 120gAzúcar: 8gSal: 1gMantequilla: 40gLeche: 35 mlCobertura de chocolate (lo que necesites)Sorbetes (los que sean necesarios)[Cómo hacer]1. Tamizar la harina y agregarle la sal y azúcar2. Cortar la mantequilla fría y mezclarla con la harina3. Agregar la leche y mezclar4. Envolver y dejar reposar la masa en la heladera por al menos 1 hora 5. Amasar y cortar6. Ponga la masa en un sorbete roto y congélela7. Cuando la masa se congele, retire el sorbete y colóquela en el plato superior8. Hornee a 170 ℃ durante 10-15 minutos9. Ponga chocolate a derretir10. Vertir en los palitos dejarlos y entre los clips de pie hasta endurecer (en el frigorífico)11. Disfrutar :]

I have made it yesterday and it came out amazing , one note fo thoses who want to make it , let the dough cooling well in the fridg , then after mae it in the straws let them from 7 to 10 min in the freezer , it will be easer for you to take off the dough from the straws , an algerian was here !!!! thank you so much for the recipe !!

-This galette is so tiny it’s adorable-I just love how calming and chill these videos are, it’s so different from other cooking tutorials. Most Japanese DIY channels are this calm anyways, it’s such a contrast from English channelsAs a French person, I can reassure you that the ceramic figurine is actually not really dangerous, since everyone knows it’s there we try to be careful and not just swallow the whole slice of galette. Another fun tradition to be sure it’s all at random is that when serving the slices, someone gets under the table and the person who cuts asks who gets which slice, then the person under the table picks somebody.Also, we usually have two little golden paper or cardboard crowns and the person who gets the ceramic figurine gets a crown, then they get to pick a queen or a king who also gets one. It’s a really nice moment, even in small families _(uwu 」 ∠)_
