Thank you for the recipe! I tried making it and it came out delicious. My first proof in the refrigerator took more than 30min though since the dough was still very sticky to work with. But after a longer time in the fridge, things went smoothly. I added grated parmesan at the end too, yummy!

I made this and it turned out so well. The dough is so soft I wondered how it would do for cinnamon rolls. A normal recipe makes more than my little family will eat. So they rolled up into mini cinnamon rolls (about 2 or 3 bites each) I am about to take them out of the oven. I’m really excited.

I added butter and realised I should have done so only after refrigerating the dough for 30 minutes. I kneaded it and let it rest for an hour. Then I followed through all the steps. The bread turned out beautiful and finger-licking good. Thank you for your recipe and detailed presentation.

Oh my goodness. I had a list of items to bake. This had suddenly gone to the top of my life. Wow tis looks so great.

I made this over the weekend and it was delicious! It was all gone within minutes. I wished that I had doubled the ingredients and made two loaves. One thing I would change is probably cut back on the salt because it was a bit too salty for me.

Thank-you for your detailed instructions. I just made one and it is so good. I made a mistake in putting it in fridge for the dough to prove for 30 mins after adding butter, I later realize I should just leave it in room temperature. Although it didn’t rise double, it is still very good, the texture is exactly like 排包 where I can peel it out in layers. Thank you so much.

Wow, you added so much cheese almost 80 %of the flour you used. It is a type of Turkish Breadbut yours has much more cheese and extra Garlic Butter that makes it much more aroma and delicious. It really looks gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Qiong, can you fill it with jam? Roll into a ball so it becomes a doughnut. Will doughnut split open when frying?Clarify with you. Milk does not need to be lukewarm? Most yeast recipes call for addition of WARM liquid.
