初めてこの歌を聴いた時、一瞬で世界観にのまれました。独自の言語を生み出し、この完成度の踊りと歌で表現したクリエイターは極めて少数でしょう。100万再生おめでとうございます。まさに努力の結晶です。

I was trying to figure out what language this was but after going through the comments I see its her own original language? Incredible

So I got bored and I decided to study Aki’s elf language for bit to see what I can find out about it. So first things first and you might have known this already, but this is not just language made randomly. An easy thing to notice straight away is that words are repeated, (I’m not just talking about the chorus BTW) but individual words are used in sentences that are different.Also if there was already a translation like this, oh well, it was pretty fun to do anyways. So here’s a list of word to word translations that I have found:Shallys=lantern (very likely and probably is true)Stulia=storyHap’a=fortune, future (about 98% sure about this one)Cant=land (pretty sure)Contas= journey/travel (fairly sure and it would make sense that the word for travel would have similar pronunciation and spelling as land)Woilaj=girl, her, she (very sure about this, repeated multiple times in different sentences and is integral to the song)Ji’ulyc=think, remember (Not as sure as the others)Hale’illia=holding (fairly sure)Shelo=face (pretty sure with evidence)Fimola=see (same as above)Niconia=family (pretty sure, you’ll see why later)Lala=friend (pretty sure, for the same reason above)Now for sentence structures that found. Which isn’t many, since many words aren’t directly translated, but there were a few simple sentences that I was able to break down.Fimola shelo niconia/lalaTranslated roughly= I see the face of my family/friendsBreaking down this sentence structure gives two possibilities:Verb-object-noun orObject-verb-nounWhere the verb is see and object is faceWe know that niconia and lala can’t be the verb or object as they are the only thing different in the two sentences, corresponding with family and friend. Meaning either shelo is face and Fimola is see or its the way round. Luckily, we have another sentence to help discern this and it’s this line:Contas, hale’illia on shallysRoughly translated: Journeying on, holding on to a lantern. Breaking down the sentence structure gives:Seperate clause-verb-objectWhere contas is its own clause (more on this later), the verb is hale’illia and the object is shallys. This shows that the rule seems to be that the verb comes before the object, meaning in our last sentence the verb is fimola and the object is shelo, this meaning that they translate to face and see, respectively. Finally, the last thing I noticed is that single word can represent an entire concept or meaning. By that I mean that one word can contain its on clause depending on context. This is shown in the sentence: Contas, hale’illia on shallys, which if translated literally would mean, journey, holding on to a lantern.However this is not the meaning and Contas actually roughly translates to I’m journeying onwards or something similar.TL;DR-A lot of thought went into making this language and subsequently the song, making it very underrated and Aki is an actual goddess elf from another world.All hail Goddess AkiP.S. Don’t take this too seriously, it was just for fun.😀😀😀

After finding out Holo members have to fund their own original songs, and that it costs them millions of yen to do so, I’m hoping songs like this gets more recognition cause Aki and everyone else deserves the support for putting so much work and personal stakes into making these for us.

Youtube, I need an explanation as to why this was never recommended to me.Swear to God I get recommended everything except what I specifically ask to be notified of.

Can we take a second to really appreciate just how impressive Aki’s MVs are?What is the typical MV for any hololive song, whether original or not, like? 9 times outta 10, it’s a lyric video with some really nice art and slick editing, maybe with a little bit of animation thrown in there as well. Is there anything wrong with these videos? Absolutely not, they’re great in their own right as well.But for both her original songs, Aki took it up a notch. She choreographed her own dances, practiced them, and went into the studio to actually do the mocap. She easily could have recorded the vocals and then been done with the entire process, but she wanted to go above and beyond and showcase her talents to their fullest extent, giving herself extra work that she didn’t _need_ to put in, but she wanted to in order to make the finished product as good as she could make it.I have so much respect for those bits of extra effort that aren’t necessary in order to get the job done, but serve to make the end result just that much better. And that seems to be the name of the game for Aki. On top of all that, she’s still relatively close to the bottom in terms of subs and views, meaning that she’s putting in that extra effort with no guarantee that it’s even going to be worth it. You can really measure the quality of someone’s character based on what they do when no one is watching, which I feel speaks volumes about Aki as both a person and a content creator. So hopefully, her efforts will be rewarded more and more, and her visibility and fanbase will continue to expand to finally come 1:1 with the amount of effort and work she puts into the entertainment that she puts out.

After Matsuri explained that Hololive members have to pay for their own original songs, it makes me even more proud of Aki for making this! We love you, Aki!

Listening again after Aki sang and danced this live on “From 1st” it was also nice watching the other Gen 1 try out the Heroine Audition dance! It was also touching hearing Aki talk about her problems when she started and I’m really happy she made a full recovery and is now able to sing and dance on stage with the others.
