Just tried making this – such a delicious potato treat! It tastes nice alone but I can imagine topping it off with some seasoning like cheese powder etc. or even topping soups off with them for a fancy treat!Point of tip for those who are making this! I tried rolling them into tiny balls & piping them. For those that were piped, they turn brown faster, had hollowed centers and an overall crispy texture. For those which were rolled into tiny balls by hand, they require longer time in the oven, and they were not completely hollow – I still could see some potato in it (it was crispy on the outside & slightly gooey on the inside). The textures differed but I still enjoyed both! Depending on which you prefer, you could choose to roll by hand or pipe it! The longest time spent was probably mashing/straining the potato and waiting for it to bake in the oven but the recipe is easy to follow. 🙂

This is so so so good. The bread is so soft and delicious. However as this recipe made 2loaf and my son do not like raisin, I made a little changes to the 2nd loaf. Instead of spreading butter & milk, I spread butter & cream cheese. Instead of raisin, I use meat floss. Now I can bake 2different bread with just at the same time. Thank you so much. Really love this recipe
